i started watching what i eat and going to cycle class 3x a week since sept 2010 till dec 2010 i went from 166lbs to 155lbs....but now i can't do any more cycle class because i injured my ankle am very furstrated at the moment!! but i said i wouldn't give up. my goal is to go for jogging at least 3x a week , i really want to be 145lbs by march 2011!!!!! please help me, what foods can i eat? do u think i can do this? i need all the help i can get:-)
