-Canned pumpkin
-Tofu
-Fat free EVERYTHING
-Jello and cake mixes

What about the rest of you? Have anything else you never bought before MFP?

I still eat all the same stuff I used to, but my portions are no longer out of control. One thing that I have tried, thanks to another MFP member, is the Smucker's All Natural Peanut Butter. Yummyparty0021.gif

BTW - what is the canned pumpkin like? How do you eat it? Sounds like it has potential...

Canned pumpkin is amazing.. you can use it in place of compote on pancakes, you can use it with just about any cake mix and make great baked goods for a fraction of the calories/fat/sodium, mix it with whipped cream... your imagination is the limit :)
