I have a gazelle that tells me how many calories that I have burnt, so thats probably inaccurate right? Because I have so been going by that.
What sort of heart monitors do you have? Which ones are best?
And one last question if I'm suppose to have 1200 calories and I've been under that amount the past few days and my net is 800 I should be eating more ? (if my exercise calories are accurate that is). Thats a little confusing to me. But I sure dont want my body to go into starvation mode.0 -
I really need to work on this. I hardly ever eat them all. It just doesn't seem right to me, ya know? Since i don't have a HRM yet, I'm nervous about not getting accurate calorie counts from the treadmill/elliptical at the gym so I don't want to go over.0

I'll check mine when I get home tonight and post up the model. I love it; picked it up for like $25, and it's been great. And while I'm not sure if ALL of them do, mine syncs to the machine at the gym - no need to place your hands on the sensors - it picks up your pulse rate from your HRM.0
