I have found that logging my food intake keeps me more accountable. I eat a lot of high calorie foods thinking they really aren't so high calorie. But when you do the food log its a real eye opener.
I'm pretty consistent with working-out and want it to be worth something by eating fewer sweets and more healthy foods.
