Slowly but surely

I registered here last Friday but told myself " I'll start on Monday".
Well today I got up 30 mins earlier then my usual time and actually ate a healthy breakfast before work.
I haven't had breakfast in forever, much less a healthy one. I already was feeling less lethargic then normal.
I also ate a healthy lunch, dinner, and a couple of snacks. I went grocery shopping and didn't buy any junk food what so ever. One day in and I already felt a difference in my mood and energy level.
