So ... when you first started exercising, was "Aunt Flo" kind of late? I have heard this is common. Literally, the only time I've ever been late more than a day, I've been pregnant. I'm going on 4 days late tomorrow.

I know it's personal, but if anyone could share their experience, I'd appreciate it. It would make me feel A LOT better!

I guess I should also say, it's next to impossible that I'm pregnant - unless something funky happened - since my hubby had the ol' snip-snip in May.

Thanks ladies!!

HAHA I was thinking the same thing today. My husband was snipped 2 years ago this March LOL So...it's highly unlikely. I also had surgery on my ovaries and uterus in November. My December cycle was regular, but now I'm 2-4 days late (I don't really keep track now...not as strict as I did.)

I hope we just skipped ovulation!!

Funny you mention that; I alternate jogging and walking all but one day a week. I've noticed when I jog or walk, I'm getting breakthrough bleeding, like way more than I have at the actual time of the month. I've been on birth control for almost ten years, so my cycle's pretty stable.

my experience was slightly different because i was still a teenager but for 3 straight years i had a very regular 30 day cycle, then i started swimming everyday on the team and actually went 5 months without a period. finally my body figured it out and settled down again in a cycle.
