So last week I was sad because instead of feeling better I felt worse. So over the weekend I told myself that I wasn't going to think negative anymore. So yesterday I started my 30 day shred video and my 30 min run. And I am feeling great. I did really bad on my calories though. I was so busy at work I forgot to eat. Which is weird because before I could not function if I didn't have food in my belly. I hope everyone's weight loss adventure is going well.
Great job everyone. We can do it!
