Hello, I signed up for this a week ago and so far it's really great. I love that I can look up just about everything and find the exact nutritional facts. One thing I am wondering is if I'm staying within my daily calorie intake (1200), do I need to be watching the other nutritional goals closely such as the fat, protein, and carb? What happens if I go over the daily carb goal but still stay within my calories? I need suggestions. The last thing I want to happen is to be doing what I think is right, and I'm spinning my wheels because I'm missing something. I'm open to any suggestions and especially some motivation!
