??? About net calories

Quick question wont make it to long.

After speaking to a dietician it was decided due to my exclusively breast feeding and weight I would consume 1,900 calories a day.
I work out 4-5 times a day burning 500-700 calories each time. I automatically burn 500 calories a day breast feeding.
On days that I work out and only eat 1,900 calories and burn upwards of 1,100 calories I am only netting 800 calories give or take. Is that something I should be watching and days I work out try to consume more calories or am I doing it correctly by staying the course of 1,900 calories a day and anything I burn off is fine.

Thanks!

You should lose weight at 1900/day as your net after breastfeeding would be 1400. so if you are burning 1100 cals your net is actually only 300 (1900-500-1100) and the minimum net you should have is 1200 (according to MFP) So you should eat at least most of those calories back.
