what are some good things to improve my flexibility. like what are some good stretches? and does Yoga help alot with flexibility?

    yoga really helps a lot!!!
    it also has the advantage of building strength at the same time as improving flexibility.
    you should give it a try!!
  • She is so right about yoga. Also Just stretching everyday will also help and you want to hold it for 30 sec if your working to become flexible.

    I hear the best time to work on your flexibility is when your body and muscles are warm, maybe do some yoga after a cardio work out! I'm going to start doing the same thing!
