retaining water....

OK, can someone please help me... I am obviously retaining too much water. I feel horrible, when I work out I sweat worse than anything but I am still holding on to it... Also, I suffer from IBS w/C so obvioulsy ontop of retianing water - I also have issues with BMs. What am I doing wrong??? :grumble:

    oo much sodiium and not enough water is the more obvious one. But carbs also make you retain water. So maybe cut down on those as well. And I do not worry about water retention too much, as we are here to lose fat right? not water... altho i know its annoying :O

    Thanks... Yes it is super annoying and just gets on my nerves. Also not having normal BMs is not helping me lose much either! Thank you - I will see what other carbs I can cut out!

    No problem! with the BM all i can suggest is veggies!!! the more the better haha will... flush everything out :D
