Awesome Vanilla Protein Shake!
You get over 20 grams of protein with this shake and it is awesomely yummy. I already added it to the MFP database so if you make it as I list it you can also add it :-)
1 cup Almond Milk (I use almond Breeze by Blue Diamond)
1 scoop Jillian Michaels Whey Protein powder (Vanilla Cream Shake Flavor)
1/2 cup Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
4 ice cubes.
Then you can just put it all in the blender and blend it up really well...It usually comes out to be about a 12 oz size shake (perfect for breakfast! It ends up being about 270 calories. The rest of the nutritional info is in the database entry.
You can also get creative some days and add a handful of mixed berries, or whatever fruit you want YUM!

I love the Jillian Michaels Protien!!I I add peaches and strawberries, almond milk...and do a double scoop! :happy:0
