Hi all,
I'm Susan from Seattle and I've been up and down with my weight for my whole life. It's gotten to where I'm the highest I've ever been and I can't take it anymore. For my self-esteme or my health.
I started about 2 weeks ago and have lost 5 pounds so this recording what you eat thing really seems to be working
I hope all of you out there are happily working at your goals! I just wanted to say hey.

Hey
Newbie for the forum, got on the road to weight loss on Monday as I have ballooned since becoming house husband and reactivated my account, must say I do love the app for Iphone as its helpful to count the C’s when out and about, weighed in at 240lbs on Monday and shifted 2 lbs already.
Feel free to add as a friend if you want, and good luck to all the weight loss road.

Hey Nick,
Great job on the pounds coming off! I see men have the same issue as women do when they become a house "husband" or "wife" and it seems to just come out of no where!
I also adore the app for the i phone and mostly record on that.
I see your are from Essex...... England? I lived in London for a year and loved it.

Hey Susan,
Essex England indeed, yes men have the same issue's and when you pull your favourite shirt out and its tight as hell then its time to do something.
one of my friends who has a bigger battle than me suggested this site and i have become rather addicted to it, and the iphone app makes it all the better, and the good thing is plenty of people wanting the same goals from the and if you can support others then i am all for it.

"Shirt tight as hell" OMG I had one of those moments when I went to lay on the bed to zip my jeans up and i couldn't do it. A pair of plyers couldn't have gotten that bad boy up. NO FUN!!0
