Combatting the Freshman 15

Hi everyone, I'm new and decided to take on myfitnesspal. I'm a freshman in college who is majoring in Nursing. My main motivation is that I don't want to be overweight or obese as a nurse because it is a "on your feet" all day job" and that I think it would be hypocritical if I'm not healthy and i want to help other patients. And I also don't want to gain the freshman 15. Last semester I lost 7 pounds and 6 inches from my waist, but I want to reach my goal of being 125 lbs. Right not I'm at 133. I'm really excited for using myfitnesspal it really, helps a lot!! ^_^
