Great breakfast recipe in shape this month

Loved this new recipe - Fruity Waffle Sundae, not too sweet, high in protein and fiber, very satisfying!
Page 127 in January shape issue. Give it a try.

1 whole grain toaster waffle - toasted
1/4 cup nonfat ricotta mixed with 1 tsp freshly grated ginger, spread on top of waffle
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (buy them pre-seeded, saves a lot of time) mixed with 1 kiwi in bite size pieces, spread on top of ricotta
2T pumpkin seeds (1T equally satisfying to me and fewer calories) sprinkled on top
