Eat all the calories you are supposed to have each day but choose healthy ones. Take a break for a day or two from exercising but stay on the healthy eating. Change something and see what happens. Your concern has motivated me today.
  • When you say you are eatlng way less than you should be, is that less than your MFP calorie goal? Because sometimes eating too little can affect your metabolism and you also may not have adequate energy. It's ok to eat the amount of calories they suggest, just try not to exceed it. Also, if you eat the right kinds of filling, low calorie foods, you should not be hungry between meals. If you are, you probably need to be eating more nutrient-rich foods. It's amazing how much more you can eat for the same amount of calories when you choose healthier foods. Hope this helps.

How many calories are you eating in a day? Try never to go under 1200 net calories or your metabolism may slow. Also, how long have you been at it? Sometimes it takes your body a while to get used to the changes you've made, and weight loss may not happen right away. Try giving it a little more time, and be sure to take your other measurements as well. Good luck! You can do it! :flowerforyou:
