BUT MY DAD TOOK ME 2 CELEBRATE
BCUZ MY HIGH SKOOL IS GIVING ME AN AWARD

SWEEET...BUT 2DAY I ATE WAY TO MUCH:sad:
WELL I THINK AM GOING TO PUSH MY SELF TO WORK OUT
OR I WONT FEEL COMFORTABLE:laugh:
OR SHOULD I RELAX'
I BEEN WORKING OUT WAY 2 MUCH I LOST 2 POUNDS WELL
I THINK I GAINED THEM BACK:laugh:

To put it in perspective, you would have had to eat 7000 calories to have gained 2 lbs of fat. For a lot of people, it's hard to make it to 2000-3000 calories. Don't worry. A day or two here and there isn't going to break the bank.0
