PF Changs - OMG!

So, my hubby and I went out to dinner tonight with no kids:drinker: and the only place we could get into was PF Changs. OK, OK, I know it is really bad, but this is what happened:
we ordered the spare ribs and I KNOW they are bad, so I ate only 1. Then we ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp and ate only 5 shrimp (there was like 40 shrimp on the plate:sick: ) and like 1/4 c. rice. I go home pretty proud of myself (also kinda hungry)
I go to log my calories, and there is no entry for the ribs. So I find it on another website and it has - get this - for the whole dish:
1410 calories and
109g FAT!
YES, thats ONE HUNDRED AND NINE!!!!!!!!!:explode: :explode: :explode:
Good thing I only ate 1 - still over 200 calories!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh my word!! that's why i hate sit down restaurants because it's always WAY more calories than you would think and it's not even worth it! nice job on self-control though!!0

Geez, next time I go Ill stick to just drinking, a liquid diet is alot easier then a solid one some nights! Oh how I crave a night out on the strip again......0

Next time get the lettuce wraps - about 500 calories and you can eat all of them! There are some healthy things on their menu. Just don't get the great wall cake - 2237 calories!0

I love that resturant. But the calories count on the ribs is shocking. I've never ordered them.
My wife and I always get the chicken letucce wraps, 315 calories each
but blow it on something like the kung pao chicken, we eat about half of it and take the rest home, about another 300 calories each,
about 615 calories total.
Although add a glass a wine and that jumps up another 150 calories to 755 total calories each.
But with excercise calories and going light the rest of the day, 765 calories is workable.
Although the truth is we have one free meal every week where we don't count calories. That is usually the our once a week let's go out and eat meal.
We should have had the Budda's Feast Steamed, 100 calories each!0
