Yummy/Healthy Twist on Yogurt

This is surprisingly yummy and filling. I often eat this for a filling snack when I'm ready for a meal and it's only snack time.

1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1/2 to 1 Tbsp honey (depends on how sweet you want it)
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed

    Oooh. Thanks for that. I like to add frozen berries to my plain yogurt. I'll make it in the mornings, and bring it to work. By the time I'm ready to eat it, the berries are thawed. I add a little stevia to sweeten it up. Perfect!
