I love to bake but haven't baked much lately due to the high calories and sugar in all my recipes. I've done some research and have found some recipes with whole wheat flour, here is the problem. I have never bought any, I just wondering if any one has some suggestion before I head to the store.

I always buy mine from a bulk food store. We have a small store close buy that has all kinds of things in bulk; spices, baking supplies, cheese, coffee, etc. And you can buy as little or as much as you want. That would be your best bet.
  • I heard there really isnt any difference between whole wheat and white flour. I heard it had to be whole grain in order for it to be good for you.

This is inaccurate. If the description says "100% whole wheat", there is a very big difference.
