I'm new to this site, I have been to others and figured why not do more than one. Anyway, I'm 23y old female, married, with one son who is going to be 6 in March. I have had problems with weight since I gave birth. At my heaviest I was 222lbs. YUCK! :( In the last year and a half I have lost and kept off 71lbs. With some long breaks in between. I only have 35lbs to go to get to my goal of 115lbs, I'm hoping to get the rest off by May of this year. I really haven't done any exercise since losing weight. That is my biggest problem I hate to do it and it takes me so long to get going. I hope to get the push I need and some inspiration from the ppl here. Well TTFN. :)

    OMG!!!! Great job with the 71 lbs. You really do need to mix in some workouts, so that you have strong bones and muscles to provide the need protection and strength for your body. It's also been proven that workout releases some special endorphines from the brain which helps the body to heal when injury occurrs.. Make it fun, get a friend to join and make a weekly challenge or bi-weekly challenge to each other.. It can only help you for sure.. again congratulations...
