little and often or big and infrequent workouts?

i was just wondering is it better to run everyday or work out maybe 3 times a week for longer? i run daily for 30-40 minutes with a litttle wieght training thrown in. should i switch it up or is what im doing ay oh kay?

what do you reckon mfp?!? what do you lot prefer?

    Little and often!

    Its too easy for the time in between to get longer and longer.

    I try for at least 5 30 minute sessions/week or a total of 150. My goal is no less than 3 days.

    There was an article I read several years ago that said 10 minute 3x daily was better than 30 minutes once daily. Not sure if the study held up but it made sense at the time I read it.
