Wii - My Fitness Coach 2 and Wii Fit

So I got a Wii in September and did the Wii fit part and it really was okay, and fun, but I didn't lose weight, just kind of bounced up and down with a range of about 5 lbs. Then for Christmas my mom got me "My Fitness Coach 2". Using that in combination with this site has been awesome! I have been doing the MFC2 for 3 weeks and just started this last week, but using that daily and then using the Wii fit to get in my 30 minutes of cardio seems to really be working.

Has anyone else used my fitness coach 2? I really love it, although I recently passed the first "line" and the workouts have got MUCH harder.

One problem is that they want me to do a lot of push ups, and I am horrible at those, I just don't have the ab or arm strength. Does anyone have any good ideas about other ways I can gain those strengths so I will be able to do push ups?

    Have you tried the pushups on your knees rather than toes?

    You might also try doing bench presses, starting with some light weight. Concentrate on form, the strength will follow.
