    Any tips on calorie intake... Should you still keep your calorie intake at the suggested level since I have heard that you will send your body into starvation mode.. and up your exercise?? :huh:

    Suggestions are very welcome. I am new to all of this.

    So glad I joined this challenge. Last night, I went to dinner with my husband,
    and because I am doing this challenge, I was very careful with my food.

    I had an extra glass of wine and balanced that with walking it off (I think).
