Sausage & Pepper Calories

I just had a sausage and pepper sandwich with a little red sauce on a roll from my local deli. No calorie count posted. I am searching through the previously listed entries and they vary widely. I have seen everything from the high 100 calorie range to 800. The portion size was probably 1/2 to 1 cup. Using 200 calories for a roll my original entry said 482 calories which I thought was low but using another one that may match puts it around an 800 calorie lunch which is probably closer to being true. Anyone have any thoughts?
