Since I find myself with chicken breast usually cooked and waiting to be used. Here's one I came up with.

4oz of shredded chicken breast
1 Tblsp of Lite Miracle whip
little diced red onion
little diced celery
slice of red tomato
leaf of green leaf lettuce
1 whole wheat fajita sice tortilla

roll-up and enjoy

about 250 ish calories i figure when i did the recipe thingy
