These are comparable to Slim-Fast shakes.

Supposedly this can of nutrient-rich beverage is supposed to substitute an entire meal? Does anyone do this? It looks like just a beverage I would enjoy WITH a meal.

Anyone know the skinny here?

I only know that when I drank them, I much prefered them to the slim fast ones...there wasn't a metallic taste to it from the can like the SF ones had..

my personal opinion is I need to actually eat something..if I just drank my calories, I would still be unsatisfied and hungry! I think they are a waste of money. My feeling is you need to learn to eat properly eventually, so drinking a shake to sub as a meal will not help you in the long run.

I'd agree they're a waste of money....but my office buys them for us if we want them. Maybe I'll just drink it as a chocolate milkshake that isn't really as bad for me as a real chocolate milkshake.

You can use it as one of your snacks, instead of a meal replacement.
