:happy: Hi my name is amanda and I just recently started the Ideal Protein diet. Actually a lil over 2 weeks ago and i've already lost 8 pounds and i'm So far so good! I miss food tho! Oh how i miss it! For the most part tho i've done really good about sticking to the diet my biggest problem is all the yucky vegetables lol! Anyways to anyone reading this good luck with your diet and i'm trying really hard to stick to mine!!!

P.S. to anyone who is on the Ideal Protein diet does anyone have any good recipes for all those yucky vegetables to make em taste GOOD!!!
