Great Fish Meal

I got this out of the Biggest Looser cook book and did a little tweaking of my own....
4 talipia fish fillets
1 can spicy tomato sauce
2 cups spring mix lettuce
Just get a baking dish, lay the fish in, and pour the tomato sauce over and make sure each fillet has some on top. Bake in the oven at 400 for about 15 minutes. I like my fish to be ultra done so I cook it a little bit longer and go by looks. When the fish is done, get a pasta bowl and put the lettuce in and the lay the two fish fillets over the lettuce and, with a spoon, scoop out the juices and pour over the lettuce. The seasonings from the fish and tomato sauce is good enough for a dressing so you dont have to worry about those added calories from ranch, french, or any other dressing.
This is an easy 300 calorie diner that is tasty, filling, and VERY easy to make.
