Pizza Joes

My kids love sloppy joes and pizza, so this is a combo of both but healthier!
1 lb lean ground beef or turkey (I use 90% lean ground beef)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup no salt added tomato sauce
3/4 cup no salt added tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp fennel seed
2 Tbsp Sargento grated parmesan cheese
6 Tbsp shredded mozzarella (I used sargento reduced sodium for nutrition calculation)
In a large skillet, cook beef with onion, garlic, and green pepper until browned, drain if needed. Stir in tomato sauce, paste, parmesan cheese and herbs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Spoon 2/3 cup beef mixture onto 6 buns; sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp mozzarella. Place on baking sheet and broil for about 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
The nutrition info doesn't include buns, just the meat mixture.

I can't edit it any longer but forgot to add in! I add in 1 cup of water when I add the tomato sauce and paste in as well.
Also, just made these for dinner and I only used 1/3 cup mixture on the sandwiches...would have been way too much with 2/3 cup in my opinion so new nutrition facts are as follows:
