I bought this last year and tried one packet. It is EXTREMELY filling. Has anyone tried it and stuck with it?
I saw it at GNC like for .97 on sale so thats why I tried it. It doesn't taste too bad.

It's got 110 calories, 20g blended protein (could someone explain) and 10g of dietary fiber.

I'd like to continue using it and would have to purchase more online since it's not longer sold at GNC's.

    ive see this i thought gnc still had it??? um i dont shop at gnc anymore rippoffs lol ive tried it but it was too much fiber and the taste wasnt all that great to me i perfer jay robb egg white protein. but if you like and it works go for it good luck! xx

    What does the jay robb egg protein taste like? Is it flavored or do you have to add to it?

    it comes in different flavors and i like the vanllia one
