First day

Hello,
Today is my first day signed up for online fitness. I have tried many times to start a fitness group with local friends and everyone starts the first day, then never see them again. I pretty much work out on my own but have no idea when it comes to food, what type of exercise to do and so forth. Been struggling with weight for most of my life and always wanted a "quick fix" I didnt want to wait months to be thin, but this caused me to gain weight back faster. I am hoping this website will bring me inspiration from others.:flowerforyou:
