Slim in 6 Buddies

Anyone else out there doing Beachbody's Slim in 6? I've done it here and there in the past, and now I'm determined. Anyone else?

    I have the DVD set but I've never made it past the first DVD, although I LOVE the ab workout that came with the series. I think it's a great workout but I just can't stick to it!
  • I cant get passed the 2nd DVD "ramp it up", I loove the ab routine and slim in limber stretch too

    I have been doing Slim in 6 for 3 weeks now. I love this program. I finished it last summer and had good results but never pushed past the 2nd video. Now that I have done if for 3 weeks I have tried the 3rd video and I actually find it better than the second. The second is really hard on my knees with all the leg lifts. Still leg lifts in the 3rd, but not nearly as many.

    I'm actually going to start Slim in 6 for the first time tomorrow. I'm a little nervous about it because I have an extremely unhealthy body (more than 100 lbs to lose), and I've never been much of an exerciser in the past. I definitely know that I'm not going to have the perfectly slim body in just 6 weeks, but I am hoping that it will be an effective workout for me. Has anyone else, who has so much weight to lose, tried it, and what do you think- any suggestions or advice?

    I LOVE Slim in 6!!! I actually just ordered the "new" version. I lost 30 lbs and 25 inches the first go round, and had to stop due to a lower back injury. I just started the revamped version Monday and I love it. The best advice I can give is... #1 DON'T give up! It may take time but you WILL see results. #2 Take measurements and photos! Sometimes the scale doesn't move and this is a great way to see that it is working! #3 Exercise is only half the battle, you have to eat well too! Do the workouts following the schedule and you will love your results! Good Luck! :)
