So my doctor told me I should try to do the optifast diet. this is a modified fast where you have 4 protein shakes and one 500 calorie meal. Well, that is only 1000 calories a day. Then I am doing an hour of Zumba exercise everyday. and to me that is just not enough calories. I find that i make it through the day ok on just the shakes, but once i have dinner i start to pick. i feel like i am starving by the end of the day and then i end up binge eating. i am thinking about going back to counting calories again. that way i can at least eat 1200 calories of food instead of drinking them. this is so hard. i have 60 lbs to lose and i just dont think this is the right diet for me. I am so depressed about my weight, it is all i think about. I need to find the LIFESTYLE CHANGE that will work for me.
