The Afternoon "Wall"

Every morning I wake up, motivated to do GREAT! I workout, eat right, and then BAM! 2:30-3:30pm everyday I hit the dreaded WALL! I'm tired and all I want to do is go home and become a couch potato. Would love to hear tips how you get thru your afternoon and keep your motivation and energy going thru the evening? HELP!

    Great question! I wish I could offer some advice, but like you I'm dead by 3:00PM!!! Last night I worked a 12 hour day and then FORCED myself to work out when I got home. The Pro was I did it... The Con was I didn't get to as much time as I would have liked with my daughter! I guess bottom line is it's about balance and staying focused on your goal. Remember, why you are here and where you want to be at the end of the journey. Hope this helps a little bit!
