I'm about a month in and I love it!

But I am feeling a "plateau" is coming and I would love to hear some ideas on how best to push through that! I've heard it isn't even a plateau until it has lasted for weeks maybe months....but UGH, how to stay motivated?!?!?! My son is getting married and we are going on a family cruise in June so I have the time....but I want to look and feel my best for that!

    Just keep your body guessing. Change up your routines a lot. Add interval training weekly. Your body gets used to the same old thing.
