Hi. I'm Annie Lou and I'm new. I want to use my Iphone to track calories, so I'm looking for a good program to use on the go. I've been watching my diet, and exercising regularly, since mid December '07. I've dropped a lot of excess fat but still have at least ten pounds of fat to burn before I get to a BF% that is considered healthy. I'm a little confused about what the numbers are trying to tell me, but I'll start a new topic to ask my question. Just wanted to say "hi" first.
