Feta Topped Chicken

I made this for dinner tonight and I have to say I loved it and it was quick and easy!!!

4 chicken breasts (6 oz each)
6 oz reduced fat feta cheese
4 roma tomatoes
4 tbs basalmic vinegar (I think I used less)
1 1/2 tbs italian seasoning (again I used less)

Set oven to broil. Spray broiler pan with Pam and place chicken on it. Brush 2 tablespoons of basalmic vinegar on the chicken and sprinkle with italian seasoning. Flip and do the other side. Place in broiler for 7 minutes, flip chicken and place back in oven for another 7 minutes. The recipe said 10 minutes total with one flip, but mine took longer to cook.

Chop the tomatoes and add feta cheese and 2 tbs of vinegar and some more italian seasoning. I put 2-3 scoops on each piece of chicken and saved the rest for a side. Put chicken back in the oven for 2 minutes. I it with a cup of steamed broccoli and some of the tomato mix.
