This time has to be the last time I lose and gain. I am doing this for me and for my kids. I have triplets and I want them to cheer me across the finish line for a 10k. It's my new year's resolution but I can't run at this weight so here we go! Any advice and support is welcome.

welcome and if you can't run try fast walking and eventually running as the weight drops0

walk - walk faster - walk a little faster - then start the "Couch 2 5k program" once you've got that program down....see ya at the finish line!!!! I'm doing my first triathlon, a little one, this March --- nervous but following the plan
loving every minute of it.
