Am loosing few pounds n gaining them like crazy. I am taking a lot of water. I have a PMS of retaining water. Read somewhere to have loads of water, so body doesnt feel starved n retain. Also, read somewhere to drink coffee, so that it may loose all water. Confused!!! Although, I feel, first one is a better option.
I have also got a sweet tooth. Its unbearable now. Again, read somewhere that a lil dark chocolate would do no harm to dieting. Luckily, I love dark chocolate. Help!!!!

dark chocolate is supposed to be good in maintaining good sugar levels...and drinking lots of water does help with the retaining it. And if your working out more and building muscle it weighs more than fat so maybe you should take mesurments as well as weighing in.

To better help you, we need more information--

what is your daily calorie intake?

What is your daily deficit in calorie intake vs. how much you need to survive (this is called your Basal Metabolic Rate--you can use the tool found on this site to find that out).

Are you exercising? If so, how much? And, if so, are you eating your exercise calories?

    Daily calorie intake:- 1200
    Daily deficit:- 500
    BMR is: 1,399 calories/day
For exercise, I do not go to gym.
I do a one hour yoga session, intermediate level.
And I play tennis half an hour a day.
Cycling one hour a day to work.
