Get moving girlfriend. The more you exercise, the more you can eat! What are you eating and drinking? Calories from less nutrious foods always make me feel hungry. Watch out for any beverages other than water, black coffee and unsweetened tea.

    Hi Rachel,
Have you tried smaller meals more frequently throughout the day? The water really helps too. Exercise also allows you to eat more. That's what I do and it helps. Hope that helps!

Hi Everyone! Thanks for the info. I started today and I ate a lot of smaller meals throughout the day. Lots of veggies. I just worked out with my wii (jenny mccarthy thing)
I should probably drink more water.

Are you sure what you're feeling is actual hunger? For the first 5 daysor so after I started on here I felt hungry at the times I normally do but also... not a craving exactly, more of a knawing feeling of want, that didn't ever really go away. Can't think of any better way to describe it. I chalked it up to either sugar withdrawal or my body adjusting to the new regime. The good news is, a week later it had gone.
I second the fibrous food recommendation, my own experience is that it works great for killing hunger. Make sure to also increase the amount of water you drink especially if you start eating more fibre.
