Body Electric Exercises

Does anyone here do the Body Electric Exercises? I'm true believer of these! When I was in high school Margaret Richard, the host, helped me lose 25 lbs! I'm working with her again (her tapes) to do it again! I would love to hear your comments on these workouts if you have done them in the past or if you're doing them at the moment.

P.S- I just purchased the 1900 series Unplugged from her website bodyelectric.tv They are amazingly tough!
