water intake

so i absolutely hate the taste of water. it's not that it doesn't have taste, it actually tastes bad. it's especially bad while i'm at school - dorm water = no bueno.

so if i use a zero calorie water flavor packet in my water, does it still count towards my 8 cups of water a day?

    Yes, adding flavor to it, still counts! :) I use Crystal Light packets.

    get a brita pitcher! also if you like cucumbers...put a few slices in your water...it is delicious!!!

    or put lemons in the water! tastes good, i do this all summer because plain ol water is just well.. boring!

    I've been using the flavors, lemons, limes. ANYTHING! I don't like the taste of water except when I'm working out.

    completely counts hun. Also think of going to whole foods and getting coconut flavored water, it comes in a bag in powder form. It tastes great and has electrolytes in it.
