Biggest Loser Walking video?

My friend just told me about this video. Does anyone know anything about it? Is it intense? Is it similar to Walk Away the Pounds?

    I just bought the Biggest Loser Power Walk dvd for $9 from Walmart. I actually liked it. Also, I have the BL Yoga and that's pretty good too if you want to build up your strength. I plan to get all the BL workout dvds.

    Just bought it yesterday along with BL Cardio Max for $3 each......looking forward to trying it tonight! =)
