Dip This!

Options
Fiber filled low calorie dip. Dip carrots, celery and your favorite crackers!

Miso Sweet Potato Dip
1 medium Sweet Potato cut into cubes and baked (I zap them in the microwave for 5 minutes and broil them until brown on top)
1 garlic clove
1 tbs white miso
1 tbs tahini
Juice from half of a lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Blend all in a food processor serve with carrots, celery and your favorite crackers
