Day Two

So this is day 2. I am thinking 30 days and it will be a habit tracking my every bite into my mouth! Excersise is lacking because of my crazy schedule.. Looking forward to losing weight for good.

    Hi there. You can fit exercise into your day by making small changes like taking the stairs instead of the elevator or my personal favorite not driving around the parking lot 10 times to find the closest spot. Exercise doesn't always have to be planned or intense. Every little bit helps.
