how do you add your goals to posts

does anyone know how to add your starting weight, current weight, goals, etc to their posts. do you have to do it every time or is there someway to do it.... kinda new to this, havn't figured everything out yet

yeah how smart am i.. ha ha.. i figured it out. go into signature when u are in the message board section and type it in. if you want to add your ticker you go to tools, and then copy and paste your code for your ticker into signature as well0
