Hey Everyone!
I've been doing a Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones" DVD twice a week as my toning exercise, and logging it on here at circuit training. The circuit training itself is 40 minutes of intense circuit training, and 40 minutes of it is 411 calories. Is this correct?

I found a post on the net that mentioned a female 5'2' at 125 lbs HR monitor told her she burned 400 calories at first and when she got use to the video 320 calories.0
