Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself and say thank you so much for all of your posts and success stories. They are really inspiring to me and help me realize I can do this. I have begun working out 40 min to an hour on the treadmill and eliptical everyday mon-friday and also signed up for a spin class tuesday nights. I am trying to record my calorie intake. I hope to lose 40-50lbs all together. if anyone has tips for cardio work outs that helped them drop weight please share!
