Hi, I am Jacque...my friend recommended this site to me. I actually used this site more than the site I use with my bodybugg.
I don't have a lot of weight to lose, my goal weight is 115, but I'm currently 127. I'm considered small, but
my last two pregnancies left me really flabby. So, I'm trying to find that balance of nutrition, weight lifting, and
cardio that will speed up the process. But, losing a lb is definately hard--in fact I have to trust the fitting of my clothes
to see progress. Well, I wish everyone the best--I'll probably be in the petite and flabby room. One more
thing, I entered a fitness type contest for accountability--68 more days to the finale!!

Hi Jacque & Welcome,
I started my diet on 10th January so am on my third week, so far so good. This site is a real help with keeping track.
Unlike you I had 75lbs to lose, now have 69lbs - so have a long way to go, but they do say the last few pounds are the hardest!
Everyone on here is really friendly and I have made "friends" with people from all over, all of them within the last week, so you don't have to go it alone - there is plenty of support and motivation. Add me if you like.
